Pants too big #twit2fit
The pants that I bought at the outlet after my first marathon in OBX (Nov 2007) are now at least 3″ too big. That was a year and half after starting running and 45 pounds lost. I’ve also dropped about 20 pounds since. Pre-running: 40″ Now: 32″

I’ve logged 5555.5 running [and run-walking] miles since I started In April 2007. I also completed my second 70-mile week ever this week, roughly 8 weeks after my first. Tons of mileage volume, but how to turn it into marathon-distance speed is the question I’m struggling with now.
