No run today. Reading about Tabata Intervals. 20 seconds x 8 intervals plus 10 sec x 8 rest. Basically, 4 minutes of high intensity. Something to look more into… probably more for just strength training instead of running for me. Lean & Hungry Fitness Article on Tabata Intervals
