Very nice weather this morning. 65’F outside, partly cloudy, and not too humid. Rain came in about an hour before my run. I tried to run “easy” based on my 5k time. What a difference 20’F in heat index makes
Yesterday, my “easy” pace was difficult outside. 90’F and 100’F heat index. This afternoon, 80’F and 81’F heat index. Ran ~tempo pace this time. 8 minute miles for about 5.73 miles.
