32 years old today
I’m 32 years old today. It’s fitting that most of my body hurts today, mostly from all the workouts yesterday. However… I’m healthier now than at 30, 25, or 15. I’m stronger compared to every other birthday I’ve had. I have more blessings, friends and family than at any other time in my life.

Day 1, Week 5: Hundred Pushup Program and Stength Exercises Earlier
First day of week 5 of the hundred pushup program: Recovery period was extended by dog duties. Hip flexors?
Usual morning workout, plus a little extra. 8.66 miles in 1:19:48 (9’13” pace). Dealt with hip/glut/back pain for last 2 miles of the run.
