Day 2, Week 5: Hundred Pushup Program

Second day of week 5 of the hundred pushup program:

Two days late because of baby duties and recovery from the strength training 8/4/08.

Set tally, “-“=45-second recovery period. “[#]”=max

Pushups:  20-20-18-18-15-15-14-[42], 162 total.

Still battling back pain. Walking across a parking lot is an occasional struggle.
