Set tally, “-“=45-second recovery period. “[#]”=max Pushups: 20-20-18-18-15-15-14-[42], 162 total. Still battling back pain. Walking across a parking lot is an occasional struggle.

    Tried it this morning… 41 pushups this morning, exhausted and on a slippery surface. Started over this afternoon… 53 this time. Going to attempt the start of week 5 tonight.
